Hamilton City Council, Ward 11, Councillor Candidate. Stronger communities, a brighter Hamilton. Aaron Post smiling in front of the Hamilton skyline.

Why I'm running

Ward 11 deserves a councillor who shows up, answers for the decisions made at City Hall, and follows through on what they say.

Availability

A councillor who listens first, and who is easy to reach when you have a question or a problem.

Accountability

Clear answers on how decisions are made and how your money is spent.

Reliability

Doing what I say I will do, the way a farm teaches you to: every day, on time, with the work done right.

Why me?

Because I believe you don't have to wait until you're 50, 60, or 70 to get involved in your community.

I'm 30 years old. I'm building a family, a farm, and a future here, and I'm ready to listen, learn, and get to work.

Can I be a councillor and still farm?

I believe I can, but it will require a better farm operation. Better systems and stronger teamwork will allow the farm to run more efficiently and give me the time to serve our community too.

Same roots. Bigger purpose.

Where does the money go?

Taxes matter. Before asking for more, City Hall should be able to clearly explain:

Responsible spending. Clearer reporting. Accountability.
